Cleanliness is a top priority.  Common Areas and routinely touched surfaces are cleaned and sanitized frequently by our maintenance staff.  JMG has provided all of our properties with Victory Sprayers. This Patented technology ensures maximum coverage of disinfectant. Hand sanitizers and wipes are provided for residents and visitors throughout high traffic areas at each property.  Frequent handwashing is recommended as a best-practice in preventing the spread of germs.

Masks/Face Coverings and Social Distancing are currently required when entering the Leasing Office, Occupied Area or Amenity Area while on the property.  Occupancy limits are maintained in amenity spaces. Some Amenity spaces are available to residents by reservation only.  Guests are limited at this time, as our residents are our top priority.

Resident Events have changed.  Events currently have Occupancy Limits that comply with CDC guidelines and social distancing.  Our staff continues to come up with creative ways to engage our community.

In Person Leasing and Tours have resumed at our communities.  Face Coverings are required and tour sizes are limited.  We will continue to offer virtual tours and self-guided tours when requested and available.  Online Leasing remains the easiest way to complete the leasing process.

Move In Day may look different again this year.  We will continue to monitor the CDC guidelines.  Plans for now include assigned times for move in that limit occupancy in the leasing office and breezeways.  New Residents Only may enter the leasing office to complete paperwork and pick up keys.  Parents and those assisting with move in will wait in the parking area.  Move Ins will be spaced throughout the property in order to maintain social distancing around each apartment entrance.
